More like your child left behind, if you're one of the many uninsured working American families. At least if "President" Dubya goes ahead with his threat to veto the 61 cent tax increase on tobacco products which Congress has earmarked for the expansion of healthcare programmes providing medical cover for more US children.

Perhaps only in the deepest, most ideologically-saturated bowels of right-wing America is expanding healthcare coverage to children considered a "reckless entitlement" while dishing out public money hand over fist to war profiteers is A-OK. Mission accomplished, indeed.
